Catppuccin was created to bring the Catppuccin color palette to multiple platforms, including GlazeWM, Zebar, and YAML configurations. The project included YAML and CSS theme files, flavor variations (Latte, Frappé, Macchiato, Mocha), and integration guides, providing a consistent, visually appealing theme for users and developers. Before this project, developers lacked a portable and cohesive implementation across these platforms, limiting aesthetic consistency. My goal was to deliver an accessible, well-documented theme port, ensuring flexibility, readability, and visual harmony were central. The final result is a fully functional theme port, combining YAML anchors, CSS variables, and clear usage instructions to enable users to quickly apply and switch between flavors for a polished UI experience.
